Consider joining the Louisiana Chapter of ACRL for the 2022-23 membership year. Our membership year usually runs from September to August. However, we are in the process of shifting our membership cycle. Therefore, when you join this year, your membership is valid through December 31, 2023.
Mike Holt has been elected to the Executive Board of the Louisiana Chapter of ACRL as our new Vice President/President-Elect. Mike’s one-year term begins September 1, 2022, followed by a two-year term as President.
The candidates for ACRL-LA Secretary are Jeanne Pavy and Kaci Wilson. ACRL-LA Chapter members have received a ballot by email. Voting remains open until July 1st. Candidate bios are below.

The Bylaws Committee of ACRL-LA has suggested amendments to the bylaws. Members received a copy of the revised bylaws and a copy of the existing bylaws (last revised 2013) by email on November 22 for review. A vote will take place in January.
