Jeanne Pavy
Collection Development & Scholarly Communication Librarian University of New Orleans
I have been an academic librarian here in Louisiana for 27 years, serving in a variety of roles, including reference/instruction librarian, subject specialist, collection development and scholarly communication coordinator, and department chair. I received my BA from Loyola University-New Orleans, my MLS from the University of Alabama, and a PhD in English from Emory University. I've been involved in committees in the ACRL-Literatures in English Section and also served as Member-at-Large for that section. I'm very excited about the recent activities sponsored by our state chapter of ACRL and would like to be more involved in delivering great professional development opportunities to the libraries in our state.
Kaci Wilson
STEM Librarian, LSU Shreveport
Before arriving at LSUS, Kaci earned an MLIS at Louisiana State University and completed internships at LSU Libraries and East Baton Rouge Parish Library. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Alabama. As a new professional with interests in pedagogy and student success, she enjoys finding creative ways to engage students and incorporating novel strategies and tools into her teaching.
